Animal Production

Dr. M.B. Yousuf is an Associate Professor of long-standing and erstwhile Head of the Department of Animal Production. His research interests are in feed evaluation use of plant extracts, essential oils, and trace minerals for improved production efficiency and product quality in ruminants. He teaches several courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels. His research group comprises undergraduate and postgraduate students working on diverse projects within the core interest of Animal Biochemistry and Ruminant Nutrition.
