Animal Production

Moshood A. Belewu is a Professor of Ruminant Nutrition (with a bias in Dairy Science & Production) in the Department of Animal Production, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He obtained a B.Sc. (First Class with Distinction) in Agriculture from Marathwada Agricultural University, India, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Animal Science) from the University of Ibadan. Professor Belewu has over 200 Research publications in Local, National, and International Journals including two Textbooks (A Functional Approach to Dairy Science and Technology and A Text Book of Milk and Dairy Products Evaluation and Quality Control) and five Chapters in Books to his credit. He is the editor-in-chief of Bioscience Research Journal, International Journal of Phytofuels and Allied Sciences, editorial board member, American Journal of Food Technology and Regional Editor, International Journal of Animal and Veterinary Advances, and many more.
